Your pakgaem Login username and password are personal to you. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated system to access the platform. You are fully liable for all activity conducted via your account, whether or not such activity was personally authorised by you.
All pakgaem accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits, withdrawals, or balance displays. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and promotional thresholds are all expressed in PKR.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and other gazetted Pakistani public holidays.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pakgaem will contact you using your registered contact details before any dormancy fees are applied. A monthly administration fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover account maintenance costs, subject to a minimum balance remaining of Rs 0.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by pakgaem are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your pakgaem account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each individual offer displayed in the pakgaem promotions section.
pakgaem monitors bonus activity across all accounts. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and forfeiture of associated winnings:

All sports bets placed on pakgaem — including cricket markets covering PSL fixtures, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 internationals — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been accepted by pakgaem's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and the option is explicitly offered.
pakgaem settles bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, or the relevant sports federation). In the event of a disputed result, pakgaem reserves the right to withhold settlement pending confirmation of the official outcome.
In the event that odds, markets, or game outcomes are offered due to a manifest technical error, human error, or system malfunction, pakgaem reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to your account. Knowingly taking advantage of obvious errors constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms.
All casino games available on pakgaem — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, roulette, and blackjack — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game detail page within the pakgaem casino lobby. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications related to your pakgaem account. pakgaem does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgaem's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your pakgaem account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your pakgaem account at any time by contacting our support team via the live chat function in your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining account balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.
